I am located in the Surrey area,
not far from Gatwick
and Heathrow Airport.
What I will need from you:

To ensure your holiday is not delayed, I require you to send me the following identification items, along with your full payment at least 21 days prior to departure:

Photocopies of these at time of booking, and sight of actual documents on collection

1. A valid driving licence, BOTH PARTS PLASTIC AND PAPER
2. The vehicle registration documentation of towing vehicle.
3. A valid fully comprehensive insurance certificate for the duration of the hire.
4. A valid MOT certificate.
5. Two forms of identification (i.e. passport utility bill).
6. A valid AA or similar breakdown cover which will enable the caravan to be towed back to pick up point. (If you have no breakdown cover and you have a breakdown, then a charge of £1.00 per mile will be made from pick up point to where the caravan is, this will be deducted from the deposit.)

Documents that are required on the day of collection is both parts of your driving licence, another form of photographic ID such as passport, two utility bills and insurance certificate. Failure to provide this required identification will result in loss of reservation deposit and immediate cancellation of the caravan hire, no excuses accepted. You will also be required to bring your registration plate so it can be fixed to the back of the caravan whilst towing.

Please Note:- I require a £150.00 (non refundable) deposit to secure your booking within 7 days of receiving the booking form, otherwise I cannot guarantee your dates.

You also need have originals of the above items when collecting
(Note I cannot release the caravan without these items being present)
